Consultant

  • Buy the $100 kit
  • Place an order of at least $200 wholesale ($400 retail) plus tax on the retail value.
  • Order at least once per year to remain a consultant.
  • You are an “active” consultant if you have ordered at least $200 wholesale in the last 3 months.

Senior Consultant

  • 1 to 2 active recruits
  • 4% commission on team orders

Star Recruiter (Red Jacket)

  • 3 to 4 active recruits
  • 4% commission on team orders
  • $50 team-building bonus available when 4th active recruit becomes a consultant and places a $600 wholesale order

Team Leader

  • 5 to 7 active recruits
  • 9% commission on team orders, but eligible to earn 13% if 5 active team members place orders of at least $200 wholesale and you personally order $600 wholesale
  • $50 team-building bonus available

Future Director

  • 8 or more active recruits
  • 9% to 13% commission on team orders
  • $50 team-building bonus available

Director in Qualification (DIQ)

  • Must be accepted into the program by the company
  • 8 or more active recruits
  • 9% to 13% commission on team orders
  • $50 team-building bonus available
  • Requirements to complete qualification period:
    • Up to four months to complete qualification
    • $16,000 cumulative wholesale orders from self and unit
    • Minimum of $4,000 wholesale orders per month
    • 30 active unit members (self + 29)
    • Maximum of $4,000 production can be ordered by DIQ herself (so if she’s maxed out on this, she just places orders in others’ names to get around it)

Sales Director

  • 4%, 9% or 13% commission on personal team orders
  • $100 team-building bonus available for each new personal recruit who places a $600 wholesale order
  • 9% commission on unit orders if wholesale production is $0 to $3,999
  • 13% commission on unit orders if wholesale production is $4,000 or more
  • Unit volume bonus of $100 per $1,000 of wholesale production of $5,000 or more (Ex. Unit production of $6,200 whould equal bonus of $600.)
  • $500 unit development bonus in any month that 5 or more new recruits each order $600 wholesale or more
  • Other contest bonuses available from time-to-time

Senior Sales Director

  • 1 to 2 first-line offspring units
  • Same compensation as Sales Director
  • 4% commission on offspring if your unit production is under $12,000 wholesale
  • 5% commission on offspring if your unit production is $12,000 wholesale or more

Future Executive Senior

  • 3 to 4 first-line offspring units
  • Same compensation as Sales Director
  • With 3 offspring units:
    • 4% commission on offspring if your unit production is under $12,000 wholesale
    • 5% commission on offspring if your unit production is $12,000 wholesale or more
  • With 4 offspring units:
    • 4.5% commission on offspring if your unit production is under $12,000 wholesale
    • 5.5% commission on offspring if your unit production is $12,000 wholesale or more

Executive Senior Director

  • 5 to 7 first-line offspring units
  • Same compensation as Sales Director
  • With 5 or 6 offspring units:
    • 4.5% commission on offspring if your unit production is under $12,000 wholesale
    • 5.5% commission on offspring if your unit production is $12,000 wholesale or more
  • With 7 offspring units:
    • 5% commission on offspring if your unit production is under $12,000 wholesale
    • 6% commission on offspring if your unit production is $12,000 wholesale or more

Elite Executive Senior

  • 8 or more first-line offspring units
  • Same compensation as Sales Director
  • 5% commission on offspring if your unit production is under $12,000 wholesale
  • 6% commission on offspring if your unit production is $12,000 wholesale or more

National Sales Director in Qualification (NIQ)

  • 18 offspring directors in any of the following first-line/senior configurations: 12/6, 11/7, 10/8 (ex. 12/6 = 12 first-line offspring with 6 of them seniors)
  • Must be accepted into the program by the company
  • Same compensation as Sales Director
  • 5% commission on offspring if your unit production is under $12,000 wholesale
  • 6% commission on offspring if your unit production is $12,000 wholesale or more
  • Requirements to complete qualification period:
    • 4 consecutive month qualification period
    • Each of 18 units plus NIQ’s unit must have $20,000 total wholesale production by the end of the 4 months (Maximum $8,000 in one month counts toward the $20,000)
    • 18 of the same units must have 30 non-terminated unit members at the end of the 4 months

National Sales Director

  • 4%, 9% or 13% commission on personal team orders
  • 13% sales director commission on personal unit orders
  • 10% nsd personal unit commission
  • 7%, 8%, 9%, or 10% commission on first-line units
  • 4% commission on second-line units
  • 2% commission on third-line units

Senior National Sales Director

  • 1 to 2 offspring nsd’s
  • Same compensation as nsd
  • 5% commission on unit of first line who becomes nsd
  • 4% commission on unit of second line who becomes nsd
  • 2% commission on unit of third line who becomes nsd

Executive National Sales Director

  • 3 or more offspring nsd’s
  • Same compensation as senior nsd

Other general requirements for all levels except nsd’s and up: You must be “active” in a month in order to be paid your commissions. If you are not active, you lose the commission. You must order at least $200 wholesale every 6 months to keep your recruits. If you lose your recruits, they become part of your sales director’s unit, but do not have a recruiter (company doesn’t pay a recruiter commission to anyone).
