You Didn’t Invest in Your MK Business

A Mary Kay consultant who sells Mary Kay out of her hair salon thinks we just didn’t invest properly.
She must be working her business the right way! Oh wait… selling out of a fixed location like a salon isn’t allowed under the contract, is it?

Obviously you all must not have invested properly in your business. ??‍

Going after prizes helps give you incentive to sell ( cheap or not ). That is all your choice.

You weren’t forced. No. I’m not a Director. I’m someone who is active and enjoys what I’m doing. Yes. I’m on Queens Court. No. I’m not upside down. I have built my store, clients and now more money to be made.

Don’t hate on them for your decisions and path you took. It’s definitely an opportunity given. The rest is YOUR CHOICE.

    ???

Saving someone from the dangers of MLM entanglement is the opposite of “hate”.

But I thought you only had to buy what you needed because it flies off your shelves.

Going after prizes helps give you the incentive to buy since that is all Mary Kay Wagner Rogers Eckman Weaver Louis Miller Hallenbeck Ash’s company is interested in.

    You weren’t forced.

Then why the constant rallying cries of “it’s the end of the month target”, “end of the quarter” “for seminar!” and “our team need to pull together for MY car”.

No. I’m not a Director. I’m someone who is active and enjoys what I’m doing.

Shouldn’t you be asking your NSD to match her time with your effort to become a director?

    Yes. I’m on Queens Court.

    Court of Sales or Sharing?

No. I’m not upside down. I have built my store, clients and now more money to be made.

You’re not making money without being a director. Mary Kay’s own Canadian Income Disclosure proves this.

Most of the women here look back with some degree of fondness for the time they spent in Mary Kay.

    It’s definitely an opportunity given.

Money, time and relationships are stolen in return.

    The rest is YOUR CHOICE.

If only you can avoid your MKgirlie constantly phoning or texting you for your “once in a lifetime opportunity”.

  3. Over the last 25+yrs I have gone to my stylist at least 12 different salons (she rents her stations) The only times I have ever bought make up at a salon was when she worked for the Aveda Salons in the late 1990s. Most people go to the salon and purchase haircare not make up or skincare unless its a spa salon & they got a facial, massage or had their make up applied.

I am curious as to how many of her clients buy out of guilt/pity vs need.

  4. I don’t need cheap trinkets, hun. My self worth comes from INSIDE ,and not wearing dimestore jewelry.

I would never sell my soul to impress others.
