Nsd Commissions March 2026

It seems that shaming the Mary Kay national sales directors on this site has worked! The lazy, lazy pyramid toppers decided to step it up, get their butts in gear, and work to make some money in March 2026. In February, only 41 of the 106 nsds (39%) made $10,000 or more in commissions. In March, a whopping 61 of them made more than $10,000!!! That’s a whole 58%.

Yes, I’m laughing that 42% still can’t even make middle manager wages in this fabulous “business”!!!!

The count of nsds with commissions exceeding $10k for March in each division is:

  • Sapphire 23
  • Diamond 22
  • Emerald 16

  1. Double credit does serve some purpose, then, I see. Makes no difference to the lowly consultants, probably only puts them deeper in debt. But glad to see the nationals get a temporary bump in pay.

    • Yep, the double credit definitely played a big role! I think they’re 90 days out from seminar so I’m willing to bet numbers will be elevated until then due to scrambling.

Blows my mind that IBCs are willing to buy more stuff, knowing they haven’t sold most of what they already had, just to get recognition. And MKC is already cutting down the prizes and how on stage recognition will work. So what is all of this really for??

    • No, they don’t get commissions on the double credit. They only get paid on the actual orders. Double credit just counts toward the tally for recognition.

  2. How can Lia Carta, an ENSD, be making so little? I hope she is selling lots of Homechool stuff too. I can’t imagine some of these younger gals sticking around for too much longer.

  3. I love that you got a leaked image of the next NSD jacket! 😉 That will match perfectly with everything Kimmy C already owns!

        • Oops. I’d be laughing right along with you 😀

(It’s been one heck of a morning after a four-day weekend and my brain isn’t braining on all four cylinders right now.)

  4. There is a crazy disparity between the tippy top NSDs (Patricia, Sonia, and Dayana) and the rest of the group.

And then you have so many others who barely make 10K a month or less.

    • It might be because they are Hispanic and have big downlines in Latin/South America. It certainly helps to be multi-lingual and have connections in other countries.

“Becky” in Bloomfield doesn’t stand a chance.

  5. The uptick is disappointing, that’s a lot more credit card debt for the downline. You know they’re not selling much if any of it to end customers. I expect a lot more BOGOs and blowout spring/summer sales from people like Chelsea.

Mommie Dearest Jamie Taylor bounced up almost $6000, no doubt helped by DIQ Kelly and her creepy director obsession.

  6. I watched a video where the SD mentioned new MK words to use: skinification (makeup containing skincare ingredients), and mass-tige (MK products are a hybrid of mass-market and prestige.)

You can’t make this stuff up.

Also, the new foundation “has a needle-nose tip for precise application.” I don’t know why you’d need that for foundation. And ingredients separate in the tube so you’ll have to “knead” the tube to mix them. Get ready for customer complaints.

  7. It’s interesting that only one person in each division makes above 50K and virtually everyone else is in the 20K and below. Gone are the days of seeing the big bucks I think.
