You do not have to talk bad about somthing that you do not know much about.There are sales trick to use for marketing but there are consultant that sincere and honest also .
Mary kay is not a scam .Its not easy because it is like a regular job you have to work hard.I do warm chatting every day .I see a woman with potencial to be a boss ,i share the business ooportunity .If i see a person who does wear make up walking with her 2 kids i admire and go up to her and find a way to meet and talk to her because she is a good mom ,inspiring and strong mom..You don’t know how good to do networking every day !meeting with people that can have impact in your life..Mary kay changed my life in better way.I am not a millionair yet but i am happy with what i have .
I have a great director who teaches me the business and celebrates my business with me supports me not because she gets 4 percent from my sale mary kay pays her .Wharever i sell i earn 50 % from it.Mary kay gives us rewards just For working our business.

– Nearly every participant in MLMs like Mary Kay will lose money. Not because they did not work hard enough, but because this is how pay-to-play endless-chain recruiting schemes work
– Mary Kay makes nearly all of their revenue from products sold to their own sales force. Mary Kay Corp sees you and the rest of the sales force as their primary customer
– No one (other than corporate) is making any real money in Mary Kay through product sales. All the big moneymakers are recruiting heavily and front-loading new recruits
– Selling to family and friends is not sustainable. Pity purchasers generally don’t keep ordering
– In modern times, people don’t like to mix money and relationships. And whether you can see it or not, most people avoid MLM peddlers
– Your family and friends will be grateful when you finally quit MLM
– Mary Kay happens to be a big company, and you are spending your own money to make them rich
The only way to sell MLM products ethically is never recuit, never sell to family or friends (unless they initiate), and be honest about the efficacy and value of the products.

Cleta’s been in Mary Kay for 40 years. Mary Kay and the company only care about what you and your team are ordering.
They aren’t “rocking this opportunity “. They are faking it till they make it, and not being negative.
Look at the dates for their highest check. Those are often months when they stretch and put in personal investment and/or guilt their aunts into signing up to reach a qualification. My “highest check” month was one of the most stressful periods of my life. And I had many expenses to eat away at it.
With spelling and grammar that poor she shouldn’t be calling anyone “lazy.”
Wow. Does anyone else think her director must be Ego Anoyo? Absolutely no excuse to be scamming this poor woman into a near-guaranteed loss–financial, emotional, spiritual, relational. She doesn’t have enough of a grasp of the English language to understand the contract she signed.

I fully agree, Amy. It’s unlikely her first language is English. But the punctuation and capitalization weirdness point to a general level of illiteracy beyond just not being great at English. My humble opinion.

Entirely possible. Sad thing is, though, that even those whose first language is English don’t do much better. I don’t understand why there isn’t an emphasis on teaching that anymore.
