Everytime I read Pink Truth I wonder if any of you ever actually enjoyed Mary Kay. Because I do. I like the products. I like my customers. I like getting together with my unit once a month. It gets me out of the house and I’ve made some really good friends.

No, I’m not driving a pink Cadillac. No, I’m not making six figures. Guess what? I never expected to.

Not everybody joins because they think they’re going to get rich. Some of us just wanted a little side income and a chance to meet people. I don’t understand why that’s so hard for you to believe. You act like everybody in Mary Kay is miserable and being brainwashed, and that just isn’t true.

Honestly, I think some of you need another hobby. You spend so much time proving Mary Kay is terible that I don’t think you notice there are women out here who are perfectly happy doing it. Maybe stop deciding how everybody else is supposed to feel.
