Pathetic MK Bashing Blog
Another heartwarming note from a supporter of Mary Kay:
I am sorry that some of you purchased WAY more inventory than you were willing to sell, but it just goes to show that you CAN NOT BUY your way into Mary Kay, which apparently many of you were trying to without doing the work.
You have to work the career path and MK is far more legitimate and a far better opportunity than anything Corporate America has to offer or all the BS Corporate America will ask you to do and never comnpensating you for it either. I look back at my Mary Kay days as very positive and some of the BEST sales training I have ever received and I have been to ALL the seminars. Mary Kay and other direct sales companies are about THE BEST thing going out there and sorry if the rest of you want to sit behind a desk and retire on 1/3 of what you are now making, but not me.
I WISH that I was getting a percentage of EVERYONE I have ever trained in Corporate America!!!!!!!!! ALL of you are really sad and TOO BAD that some of you sold stuff back to MK, you can NOT ever join again. At least I know I can always go back (if cosmetics were to ever become my thing, which sadly wasn’t)if I wanted too, but I am with another company and doing very well at it. I was looking for an old friend in MK and ran across this pathetic MK bashing blog. This is really a sad, sad site. Get a life all of you. Please.

“…you CAN NOT BUY your way into Mary Kay…”
Um, that is literally the ONLY way to get into Mary Kay!
Let’s count the ways, shall we?
1) Purchase starter kit, by choice of cash, check, charge, or firstborn child.
There are so many more, from inventory to Section 2 items to income tax on “free” gifts to sales tax on retail instead of wholesale, but the second you have to pay money to take a job (which is supposed to be paying YOU money in exchange for your skills) it means you’re starting out in a hole before you’ve even thrown your first party.
I am sorry that some of you purchased WAY more inventory than you were willing to sell, but it just goes to show that you CAN NOT BUY your way into Mary Kay, which apparently many of you were trying to without doing the work.
Points to yesterdays post and the ways that Mary Kay Corp ignores just how many people actually do this while the company turns a blind eye to it.
You have to work the career path and MK is far more legitimate and a far better opportunity than anything Corporate America has to offer or all the BS Corporate America will ask you to do and never comnpensating (sic) you for it either.
{gigglesnort} What a load of crap! Mary Kay Wagner Rogers Eckman Weaver Miller Hallenbeck Ash’s company offers far more bull shit than than you can imagine.
I look back at my Mary Kay days as very positive and some of the BEST sales training I have ever received and I have been to ALL the seminars.
{gigglesnort} We know there is NO sales training going on. And what training are you comparing it to?
Mary Kay and other direct sales companies are about THE BEST thing going out there and sorry if the rest of you want to sit behind a desk and retire on 1/3 of what you are now making, but not me.
Yeah! You are going to retire with nothing unless you become an NSD. So I’ll settle for a guaranteed third.
I WISH that I was getting a percentage of EVERYONE I have ever trained in Corporate America!!!!!!!!!
“Multiple exclamation marks,” he went on, shaking his head, “are a sure sign of a diseased mind.” T Pratchett. GNU.
Well, just like your Mary Kay pension, that would be nothing since I doubt you trained anyone in Corporate America.
ALL of you are really sad and TOO BAD that some of you sold stuff back to MK, you can NOT ever join again.
Why would you think any of us would want to join again?
At least I know I can always go back (if cosmetics were to ever become my thing, which sadly wasn’t)if I wanted too, but I am with another company and doing very well at it.
MLM to real life speak…I joined another MLM company because I wasn’t making any money in Mary Kay. Here’s proof of the money (general) you are not making. If your current MLM operates in Canada, you should be able to find the income disclosure for it on their Canadian website if they do not offer one in America.

I was looking for an old friend in MK and ran across this pathetic MK bashing blog.
MLM to real life speak I was looking for some other gullible souls I used to know to try and get them into my new downline.
This is really a sad, sad site.
No it isn’t. It’s just you are ready to face reality yet.
Get a life all of you. Please.
Why, bless your heart! I have a life and it’s a good one.
” I was looking for an old friend in MK and ran across this pathetic MK bashing blog.” Any particular reason why you didn’t just Google her name? If you didn’t remember it, how good of a friend was she (or you?) What did you want with her, if cosmetics aren’t your thing?
I swear some of these huns dare each other to write hate mail to Pink Truth, like those nitwits who’d try to get on TV judge shows with some made up case trying to score some quick fame. Never goes well in either instance.
Incidentally, there was a case on Judge Judy where some woman signed up with an MLM then tried to sue her upline for lost wages when the weath didn’t materialize. Her Honor called her a fool and dismissed the case.

Perhaps she did Google her old friend. Brittani Jenks, Kristin Sharpe, Jamie Taylor, Chelsea Atkins, Mia Mason Porter. Google any of these names (and others, I’m sure), and their Pink Truth articles appear on the first page of results. Way to go, Tracy!
Perhaps her “old friend” is someone who has been discussed on this site by name?
Anyway, now I am mopping up my keyboard because I had just taken a swig of coffee when I read this gem: “You have to work the career path and MK is far more legitimate and a far better opportunity than anything Corporate America has to offer or all the BS Corporate America will ask you to do and never comnpensating (sic) you for it either.”
Okay, now that my mouth is empty and I am prepared, let me just say, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! OOOOHOOOOHWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
That felt great! Now that I have that off my chest, yes, I DO want to sit behind a desk doing important work and talking daily to teammates around the world instead of warm-stalking at Target or constantly running around to lame “parties” or “interviews” with people who will forevermore avert their eyes and duck down alleys when they see me coming. But in retirement, I definitely won’t be making only 1/3 of what I make now, because I have actually been drawing a very nice paycheck and have invested strategically. From what I have read on this site and Reddit, the vast majority of MLMers don’t even contribute to Social Security, let alone invest, because they don’t make enough money. They just keep spending and spending in hopes that one day, somehow, a lot of money will magically appear, and they will never have to work again, and all of us schmucks and naysayers will be envious of their riches!
They have NO CLUE. [gigglesnort]
That’s something I didn’t think of. Thank you, people whose brains actually work ;D
