Mary Kay Sales Director Will Pray For Us

Mary Kay sales director Azzari Jones takes exception with us revealing MK’s change to the Timewise line early. She is so bothered by Pink Truth that she left us multiple comments. You may find it interesting that she scolds Frosty Rose for not “revealing herself,” yet doesn’t put her name to her comment and instead calls herself “Pink Cadillac Director.” Take a look:

SuzyQ it’s kind of sad that you enjoy debacle. I’ll pray for you and the rest of the women on here trying to ruin the reputation of Mary Kay. A company started by a woman for women to empower them and give them a way to put their Faith first, Family second and career third. And why can’t the person who wrote this reveal herself??? She’s willing to reveal others names and can’t put her real name!! What a COWARD!!! This is so demonic, waiting to see confusion & debacle amongst entrepreneurs unfold!! WHO DOES THAT?? I’ll tell you: people who don’t have a life. Consultants or Directors who were in Mary Kay before and didn’t do the work to be successful that’s who. Y’all are so pitiful!

Who has the time to come on this pink truth and gossip all day long?? Y’all need Jesus. How about you write a post about God @tattletell @FrostyRose Write a post on Galatians 6:7-8!!
Oh How about Proverbs 6:16-19?? That’s a REALLY GOOD one for you all trying to stir up conflict in the Mary Kay community.

You know what. go ahead and read a little further up on Provers 6:12-15 a troublemaker who goes out about with a corrupt mouth, who plots evil with deceit in his heart-he always stirs up conflict…. (Go and read what happens to that person in Proverbs)

If you are any kind of Christian and maybe none of you are but if you are then you should be convicted by what you all are trying to accomplish here, such deceit all this idle time that you could be doing something productive with.

Anyone with a business/CEO mindset, heck common sense for that matter would know that when a company makes a big decision they go to the board FIRST & TOP executives before they go to the employees with the decision. It’s not saying the employees are any less valued it’s just board members and top executives are on a different level. It’s a BUSINESS!!

God knows we value our consultants and we love them just like family. See that’s what Frosty Rose should be posting about. Something positive for a change instead garbage. Apparently you don’t understand love and family. We truly want to see our consultants succeed in their business.

Do you think when Macy’s, Dillards, Wal-Mart, Walt Disney, Amazon, etc comes out with a new product or new idea they go and tell the employees on the floor first before bringing it to the board or their top managers, TOP executives first?? Common sense business, people!!

And whoever is in the Directors group eaves dropping leaking all of this information, you should be ashamed of yourself if you have any Christian bone in your body!! Frosty Rose I’ll be praying for you and all these sad women negatively commenting on your posts to defame something built by a Christian woman to give an opportunity to other women to make a better life for their families. I’ll be praying for you all wanting to see a Christian company go down. Do you all not know that when God is in it honey nothing can come against it! Our core value is God FIRST. The company’s philosophy puts God first. POST THAT!! Shame on all of you. Signed Pink Cadillac Director

  1. Oh, my, this was certainly worth the wait.

    Hi, Azzari. I’m going to call you Azzari, since you’re so big on transparency. I’m Rebecca. I’m 47, single, and live in PA with my four cats. I work in local government. The pay ain’t great but it’s enough and the benefits are superb. I own a house and a car. I’m sure being a big, important Mary Kay sales director you’re rolling in the dough and the copay on that pink Caddy isn’t TOO onerous.

    I’m also the youngest child of an emotionally and vertbally abusive, manipulative mother who used religion as one of her many tools to beat me down and keept me in line, so you can take your fake prayers and cram ’em up your left nostril. Your “sisterhood” pays lip service to god while worshipping the spectre of Mary Kay Ash and instead of living by the Beatitudes

    • Arrrrrgh, one of the aforementioned cats trampled my keyboard and I didn’t realize that posted. Please excuse the unfinished thought and the nonsense at the end, although the ^^ works because it looks like cat ears.

      Picking up where Stanley left me off…

      Your “sisterhood” pays lip service to god while worshipping the spectre of Mary Kay Ash and instead of living by the Beatitudes you commit nearly ever sin there is:

      Worship of a false idol – everything is “What Would Mary Kay Do” or “What Would Mary Kay have said about this?”;

      Blasphemy by using the name of god to lure people into the scam and getting them to intertwine god with selfish worldly desires;

      Using the lord’s day to try and draw churchgoers into your scheme and working your “business” instead of resting, growing your sprituality, and spreading god’s word to others, especially your children;

      Disrepecting your family and friends by using them to make pity purchases or sign up under you so you can reach your goals, neglecting your children, lying to your spouse;

      Theft by deception is how the whole dang system operates because you DON’T make 50% profit on every sale, the car isn’t free, and new consultants are coerced into frontloading with inventory they’ll never sell, all in the name of your “love check”;

      Instead of supporting each other you lie, backstab, undermine, and cheat each other and anyone else it takes to get you what you want;

      You might not be coveting your neighbor’s wife in the carnal sense but you want her just the same – to host a party for you, to sign up under you to give you more commissions, to give her the names of all her friends so you can cast your net wider – you want her for what she can do for you;

      Coveting your neighbor’s goods is what all the bling and fake designer purses and suits and stage walks are all about.

      I know there aren’t pink hit squads roaming the streets outside of Bloom County comics, but it wouldn’t surprise me at all to learn that some people who have lost everything to a MLM racket have died by su!cide as a result. And it’s not infidelity in the sense of having an affair, but MK takes over your life so totally that it supplants your husband in importance.

      The people on this site, whether it’s crunching the numbers to reveal how little MLM participants make, sharing their own painful stories, working to expose how these scam companies work, or providing insightful commentary, rock and are awesome. They are doing good in the world whether or not they believe in god.

      You and your fellow huns who cheat, steal, lie, deceive, and harrass everyone around them while hiding cravently behind the Bible suck out loud.

      45
      • . And it’s not infidelity in the sense of having an affair, but MK takes over your life so totally that it supplants your husband in importance.

        Personally, I would find the emotional aspect of it as being as damaging as a sexual affair. From what I have read, many people feel the same.

        Having your spouse withdraw their affections and turn to another person or group of people for support, I think that’s as damaging as an external relationship.
        Add in the financial abuse that comes with the structure of Mary Kay and similar companies. It’s pretty much a non-sexual but deeply disturbing extra-martial relationship.

        19
        • Absolutely. The letters I’ve read on here from husbands whose wives were totally in the bubble are heartbreaking. They sound just like people whose spouses have been having affairs (sexual or emotional), or are in the throes of addiction. And even if the person gets out of the MLM/ ends the affair/ seeks treatment and they reconcile, the relationship has been changed forever. Broken trust takes a long time to rebuild and I’m sure it’s always at the back of their minds, “what if it happens again?”

          10
          • I well remember a husband who wrote about being forced to divorce his wife so she didn’t drag him and their children any further into financial ruin. But hey, MK says family first, right?

            20
        • I agree that what May Kay does is horrible and can come between spouses.
          Mary Kay does that to maintain control. It starts with the husband unaware plan to pay for the order. It continues with being trained that after a meeting you should go home and make your husband happy. It’s also coming from Mary Kay telling us that were should have a pot frying an onion when the husband comes home so that he thinks there’s a good dinner coming. When you’re a consultant you’re only supposed to complain up to your director, not your husband. Wow. That’s a lot I didn’t put together till now. These were the messages given to me. All this does is disconnect spouses and place Mary Kay as more important.

          12
          • No wonder Mary Kay was married so many times! This “business” has caused the breakup of many marriages. The God first, family second, career third philosophy didn’t even come from her. It was suggested to her by someone on her management team and she liked the idea. It has now morphed into faith first, family second, career third to include the global markets. Christianity isn’t the only religion in the world…

          • It’s typical cult methodology to claim one thing while doing the opposite. Example: “It’s OK to miss your child’s recital; when you’re rich, he’ll thank you.”

            In other words: “Don’t worry about his disappointment; you can buy his love back later.” Even a few seconds’ thought should reveal how awful that sounds, no matter how you phrase it. But the cult warps your thinking and you go along with it.

            Looking back, you wonder how you were so deceived. But in the moment, it’s awfully hard to cut through that pink fog.

            15
          • What did Mary Kay suggest after the husband smells the onion, expects a good dinner, then finds out there isn’t one?

            13
            • I think it’s use your imagination to make him happy. Seriously, can you imagine going to a job where they tell you that after your late night you should make your husband happy…ewwwww…

            • It gave her time to call Door Dash? Warm up the deli takeout roast beef dinners?

      • Popinki, I rarely respond to your comments because usually my thoughts are expressed by everyone writing before me lol and while this is true today as well, I HAVE GOT TO SAY BRAVO!!!!!!! What a testimony and what clarity brought to the ranting and ravings of a cult victim/cult leader. I am so sorry for those trials that brought you to your worldview but congratulations on using them to lead you inward and upward. Your writings are always so appreciated and delightful, I can ramble on and so I try to err on the side of brevity since I could comment on every person’s comments lol but HAD TO SAY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT RESPONSES. xoxoxoxo

          • ROFLMAO! I get a Ridiculous Downvote ™ for thanking someone who paid me a nice compliment, yet my first couple posts insulting Azzari and listing the mortal sins the K-bots are committing on the regular don’t get any? K-bots be wack.

      • Wow! I was skeptical but for a good friend I listened to the propoganda.

        Faith first, family second and business third.

        The idea that you, too, can earn all this $$ and users God to discuss it really put me off. I refused to give them an answer tonight. I told her to call me Friday.

        My gut said “no” and now I can back up that feeling with a solid NO.

    • Hot tea warm heart. Listen. I don’t know what generation of people Mary Kay is even trying to go after anymore. I am 40 work for a huge corporation. Have stocks, a solid 401k, health coverage, and when I get away from work, I want away from work. A cruise with the CEO of my company, absolutely not. They don’t even have a sizzle to sell anymore

      15
  2. Azzari, if think you are an executive, tell us which product decisions you were part of at Mary Kay. Who was with you in the design reviews of the new Timewise product? Who did you work with on the product design team that proposed the changes? Which changes did you approve of or disapprove of that made or failed to make the final cut?

    If none of this makes sense to you, it’s because you are just a pawn in the Mary Kay system. The only “real” executives in Mary Kay are the ones working a 9-5 at corporate, with a salary and benefits. They are the ones with final say on product changes, pricing, incentives etc.. You don’t have a say because you are not an executive. You are not a business owner either.

    You are just another customer of Mary Kay, recruiting more customers on your own dime, working your tail off for relatively little net pay for your hours worked.

    32
    • And those MK employees are at a regular JOB and get insurance and days off. They have a steady pay check.

  3. “I’ll be praying for you all wanting to see a Christian company go down.”

    The company is so Christian, that it lies to women about the opportunity. The company calls this an “opportunity,” knowing that 99% of participants will lose money. It coerces people to order products that it knows will almost certainly never be sold to a consumer. Very Christian.

    • I think the part where you smoke cigars with your feet up on the desk and call your administrative assistant “Honey” like the villain in a 1960s screwball comedy.

      Off-topic but I’m curious – what makes up the bulk of your day-to-day business? Do you get called in only if fraud is suspected, or do you do regular audits and stuff as well?

      I get to have my books checked by 3 sets of auditors every year. They all really seem to enjoy what they do, but lord I want to heave them into the dumpster at least once a day XD

      • Confound it, I replied to the wrong comment. I meant to reply to Tracy’s comment currently at the tail end of this thread, where she mentions her very successful business so please point out where she’s not businessing right.

        My bookkeeping is a lot better than my posting, I promise 😛

        5
        1
    • That “I’ll be praying for you” really grinds my gears. I’m pretty sure God isn’t very enthused about that attitude, either. What’s she’s really saying is: “You’re a sinner. I’m better than you.” Not a very godly attitude.

      Didn’t Someone say something about “Judge not…” et cetera?

      11
      • It’s not Paul so it doesn’t matter. I’ve heard several Evangelical Christians say that Paul and his words are more important than Jesus.

  4. “A company started by a woman for women to empower them and give them a way to put their Faith first, Family second and career third.” NOPE! It was founded by a woman to empower HERSELF. She expressed her faith by using the church directory as a source of leads to sell books. She loved “family” so much she never mentions them by name in her books and minimizes their contributions. She did LOVE her career, but being a workaholic whose career comes first isn’t a good role model.

    • (Apologies to Popinki for copying her format; it was just too perfect not to.)

      Hi, Azzari. I’m J. I’m 38, married, child-free, and live in the Lowcountry with my husband, our 2 dogs and cat. I work in state government, who is helping me get a professional license I didn’t dream of getting 5 years ago. They take a lot better care of me than my previous employer. I’m incredibly lucky that my husband and I were able to buy a house a few years before the
      housing market completely lost its mind.

      I grew up in the South where supposedly pious people like you use religion to manipulate women like me and keep us in line. I wish I had a dollar for every person who told me I needed Jesus because God forbid, I exude confidence and enjoy sex; I’d have a beach house on Sullivan’s Island.

      I really hope hell exists because you’re gonna react with a Pikachu face when your God sends you there for idolatry. Spoiler alert: Mary Kay isn’t sitting at the right hand of God. She was the ultimate manipulator.

      Finally, I know this is going to be a surprise to you…we aren’t all Christians in America. Some of us grew up in the religion and gave it up as we left its influence. Ironically, I moved to the Holy City and gave up Catholicism. You don’t need to be a Christian to have a moral compass. With that said, people like you twist Christianity to fit and further your own greed. Quit trying to take specks out of our eyes when it’s so obvious you have a plank blocking yours (Matthew 7:3-5).

      28
      • No apologies needed, although if you want the authentic effect, let your cat stomp around on your keyboard and submit your post before you’re ready 😀

        13
        • Lol our kitten does like to harass us while we’re on our phones and not paying attention to him, so it could happen while on the couch

  5. Oh dear, Bible cites!

    Proverbs 6:16-19 is always a great weapon against the ungodly, except that people who rise in MLMs are definitely not in the clear. They can’t make it to the top if they don’t do a bit of lying, cheating and stealing.

    There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him:

    haughty eyes, (like the “look how great we are” social media posts by Directors? The looking down on the “lazy loosers” whose “deserve level” wasn’t enough to elevate them to your level of greatness?)

    a lying tongue, (Just read the site … Plenty of lying by omission, insinuation and plain old telling porkers.)

    hands that shed innocent blood, (well, until I see evidence, you are in the clear, unless you want to take this verse metaphorically)

    a heart that devises wicked schemes (MLMs are inherently wicked, because they fleece the newcomers for the enrighment of the upper levels)

    feet that are quick to rush into evil (like you rush to promote every scheme that can separate the downline from their money? The “stars”, the “contests, etc. It’s all evil and to enrich yourself)

    a false witness who pours out lies (If you can point to any PROVABLE error of fact on this site and provide correct information, Tracy will correct it. It has happened.)

    and a person who stirs up conflict in the community. (Like Mary Kay herself, who devised the team leader Jackets, director suits and NSD suits and the “circles of excellence” to foment envy and competition and keep the money flowing to her)

    *********
    Proverbs 6:12-15
    A troublemaker and a villain, who goes about with a corrupt mouth, (bragging about success while drowning in debt? Badmouthing those who quit?

    who winks maliciously with his eye, signals with his feet and motions with his fingers, (Find a way, make a way? The husband unawareness plan? Everybody does it to get to SD … wink, wink, nudge nudge)

    who plots evil with deceit in his heart— he always stirs up conflict. (SDs were explaining in private that they were willing to deceive their downline to get more orders.)

    Therefore disaster will overtake him in an instant; he will suddenly be destroyed—without remedy. (Like the entire Mary Kay “business” in Australia and New Zealand? POOF and they were gone.)

    16
  6. “Anyone with a business/CEO mindset, heck common sense for that matter would know that when a company makes a big decision they go to the board FIRST & TOP executives before they go to the employees with the decision. It’s not saying the employees are any less valued it’s just board members and top executives are on a different level. It’s a BUSINESS!!”

    Azzari, you are not on the board of directors or even a member of management. You don’t own a “BUSINESS”. You are a reseller with a very bad contract. You are the CUSTOMER!

    I worked for “big business”. When Intel or Philips or Honeywell made a big product decision, they made sure their customers didn’t get stuck with obsolete, unsellable product. Changes to product lines were announced well in advance so customers could make plans.

    19
  7. Azzari, thank you for your prayers. I am a Christian, and I covet prayers whatever their source. As for being a good Christian? That’s not really for me to say. In my experience, that’s a lot like self-proclaiming being a “nice guy.” If you have to spell it out, it’s probably not true. And there’s a specific subset of evangelists who seem to use “I’ll pray for you” as an insult. Kinda like Southerners use “Bless your heart.” Well, bless your heart, too.

    Your Proverbs references have been discussed, but let’s look at Galatians, shall we? “Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that also will he reap.” What is it that you sow, Azzari? Debt, deception, hypocrisy, and divisiveness are what I’ve seen so far. I sow truth, more so now than I ever did in Mary Kay. I am free to tell my story and expose the dark underbelly of MLM because my livelihood no longer depends on the deception that everyone makes money in this business.

    As Data Junkie correctly pointed out, you’re not an executive. Executives get corner offices, guaranteed compensation packages, 401Ks, benefits packages, and insight into the true health of the company. You don’t get any of that. You are a glorified customer, only making money because you swindle your downline into purchasing far more product than they could ever sell. If that were not the case, why would you be upset that consultants got information on the new products before month end? Were you concerned about meeting unit production? Having to make extra co-pays on that Trophy on Wheels in your driveway? What would happen if you asked for a full P&L statement from Corporate? You’d be laughed out of the building. Because you’re not a top-ranking executive. And, for that matter, neither is anyone else in the sales force.

    As for me not revealing my name, that’s not cowardice, it’s a game. And it’s fun. But let’s get un-Christian for a sec and make a bet.

    I’ll happily provide my full name. I’ll go further than that and name every single upline individual who features in any of my posts. I believe my former downline have suffered enough and will not name them. My only condition is this: at least ONE Mary Kay director must open her books to Tracy, and let her work her forensic accounting magic. She’ll tell us your rank, but remove any identifying information. That director won’t even have to name herself as part of the price of my identity.

    If Pink Truth is purely negative and only spews lies about an upstanding, Christian company full of honest, God-fearing women, if I’m a coward whose only goal is to sow dissension and defamation, surely someone will be willing to produce business books that can show this “executive income” the company says is available to anyone who purchases a Starter Kit.

    I’ll wait here with bated breath.

    25
  8. SuzyQ it’s kind of sad that you enjoy debacle. I’ll pray for you and the rest of the women on here trying to ruin the reputation of Mary Kay.

    Something something about not praying in public…Jesus some-one.

    A company started by a woman for women to empower them and give them a way to put their Faith first, Family second and career third.

    If you put faith first, why do you fail at following so many of it’s Top Ten?

    If you put family second, why did Mary Kay Wagner Rogers Eckman Weaver Louis Miller Hallenbeck Ash teach so many tricks to pull the wool over your families’ eyes?

    If you put career third, why do you spend so much time and money ignoring the first two?

    And why can’t the person who wrote this reveal herself??? She’s willing to reveal others names and can’t put her real name!! What a COWARD!!!

    And yet you choose to remain anonymous too!

    This is so demonic, waiting to see confusion & debacle amongst entrepreneurs unfold!!

    First, you are not an entrepreneur! And second, I agree, MK is a fiasco. Third, if outing a new product line is demonic..😈😈.

    But no, it’s not demonic. That’s just a fear tactic that you, Ms. Anon Director are trying to hype to the max using weasel words.

    WHO DOES THAT?? I’ll tell you: people who don’t have a life. Consultants or Directors who were in Mary Kay before and didn’t do the work to be successful that’s who. Y’all are so pitiful!

    I have a life.. checks pulse💖 .. yup definitely amongst the living. But I thought it wasn’t work! Products fly off the shelves! Part time work for executive pay! Work in small packs of time!

    However, I wasn’t in Mk or any other MLM. I have seen other women who have tried and tried and failed. Who followed the scripts.
    Who looked at their directors house, car, cottage, husband’s toys and thought that these women made it themselves and not through their husband’s and the director’s own external jobs.

    11
  9. I saw this “God knows we value our consultants and we love them just like family” and I damn near spit out all my coffee. Sure you do while they are active and contributing to production.

    my name really is Carolanne (so what) and I have been in real world corporate actual sales since 1992 and the things you all call sales techniques and your understandings of profit margins, while still claiming to own your own business ,makes my teeth itch.

    I am a Christian, very progressive, and please give a read at Matthew 21 and see if you see yourself at all when Jesus flipped all those tables in the church

    13
  10. Who has the time to come on this pink truth and gossip all day long?? Y’all need Jesus. How about you write a post about God @tattletell @FrostyRose Write a post on Galatians 6:7-8!!

    I, for one , don’t spend all of my time here. I don’t need Jesus, TYVM. But I think you do.

    Oh How about Proverbs 6:16-19?? That’s a REALLY GOOD one for you all trying to stir up conflict in the Mary Kay community.

    We aren’t the ones stirring up the company. We are the ones showing your downlines that you are keeping them in the dark, that you might want them to order something that will be obsolete in the upcoming months. That there are directors who rely on being gatekeepers in order to maximise their profit over the financial well-being of their downlines.

    You know what. go ahead and read a little further up on Provers 6:12-15 a troublemaker who goes out about with a corrupt mouth, who plots evil with deceit in his heart-he always stirs up conflict…. (Go and read what happens to that person in Proverbs)

    Ah, yes…the threats from a so-called religious person. If your lack of logic isn’t helping your case, then you’ll try to scare us straight by threats of a higher power.

    If you are any kind of Christian and maybe none of you are but if you are then you should be convicted by what you all are trying to accomplish here, such deceit all this idle time that you could be doing something productive with.

    I’m not a Christian. I’m convicted by showing people the way, the truth and the light.

    Are the figures that Mary Kay Wagner Rogers Eckman Weaver Louis Miller Hallenbeck Ash’s company put out not the truth?

    Are the screenshots shown on Pink Truth lighting up the way that the higher members are deceiving their followers?

    11
  11. Anyone with a business/CEO mindset, heck common sense for that matter would know that when a company makes a big decision they go to the board FIRST & TOP executives before they go to the employees with the decision.

    Yes, but you are not a C-Suite employee nor a top executive. You got no input into what was changed. All those decisions came down in a package from MK corporation.

    It’s not saying the employees are any less valued it’s just board members and top executives are on a different level. It’s a BUSINESS!!

    Employees are not less valued because they have less to lose if a company goes belly up. If the C-Suite royally mess up, then the company is at a higher risk than if a sales person does. That’s why there are different levels of compensation.

    God knows we value our consultants and we love them just like family.

    No wonder you bleed them dry at the end of the month then. Fammmmmmillllly wouldn’t let me down!

    See that’s what Frosty Rose should be posting about. Something positive for a change instead garbage. Apparently you don’t understand love and family. We truly want to see our consultants succeed in their business.

    I don’t know about Frost Rose, but I know about family and love. they were the one who put their Christmas on hold when my husband fell ill. They spent time at the hospital with me or at home with our children. They sat with my family as we watched his last breaths.

    Unlike the horror stories on r/antiMLM, no-one was trying to finish their quarterly production by harassing nursing staff or other families in the ICU. The companies they worked for allowed them paid leave to grieve.

    No, you might want your downline to succeed, but you make more money if and when they constantly fail. We know this, you know this.

    Do you think when Macy’s, Dillards, Wal-Mart, Walt Disney, Amazon, etc comes out with a new product or new idea they go and tell the employees on the floor first before bringing it to the board or their top managers,

    Four out of five are retail companies. They don’t come out with new products. That is on the mega-corps that produce your food and cosmetics. It’s scary how few companies actually control the food and personal goods that are in the shops.

    https://cdn.someecards.com/posts/this-infographic-shows-how-only-10-companies-own-all-the-worlds-food-brands-uis.jpg

    Most of the decisions don’t go the board in the first place. The top managers are the ones making the final decisions. Most of the time, the board isn’t kept in the loop.

    TOP executives first?? Common sense business, people!!

    Priceless Chels having another BOGO on exclamation marks.

    10
  12. And whoever is in the Directors group eaves dropping leaking all of this information, you should be ashamed of yourself if you have any Christian bone in your body!!

    Why? Why should she or he be ashamed of themselves? What have they done to rise your ire so badly? Have they shown that you were all prepared to exploit your downlines for personal profit? that you were happy to double dip into the wallets of those you claim to love?

    Frosty Rose I’ll be praying for you and all these sad women negatively commenting on your posts to defame something built by a Christian woman to give an opportunity to other women to make a better life for their families.

    Don’t pray for me, I don’t want it. Pray instead for those in Sudan, in Ukraine, in DR Congo or in Alberta. They need your prayers I do not.

    I’ll be praying for you all wanting to see a Christian company go down. Do you all not know that when God is in it honey nothing can come against it!

    Funny thing, the French Royal family thought that too. And so did far too many now fallen regimes. God didn’t save them. Why do you feel you are different?

    Our core value is God FIRST. The company’s philosophy puts God first. POST THAT!! Shame on all of you. Signed Pink Cadillac Director

    There, posted!!!

    Now Ms. Azzari Jones, answer me why should we, as a collective, be ashamed of ourselves? What reason do we have to perpetuate your system of lying and evasion? Why are you threatened by what we post?

    • Is she actually a Pink Caddy director or is that a lie that she thought she could get away with by not using her name?

  13. And whoever is in the Directors group eaves dropping leaking all of this information, you should be ashamed of yourself if you have any Christian bone in your body!!

    LOL I’m not.

    15
  14. If she’s what a Christian is like, I’m so glad that I don’t have a Christian bone in my body!

  15. “Anyone with a business/CEO mindset, heck common sense for that matter would know that”:

    ~ it makes no sense to recruit your own customers to be your competitors;
    ~ it makes no sense to try sales in a market without knowing how many competitors you have;
    ~ it makes no sense to believe that never-ending chain recruiting is mathematically possible;
    ~ it makes no sense to claim to own a business when you totally do not;
    ~ it makes no sense to lie about your success in order to get others to try to repeat it;
    ~ so many more line items but this is enough for now 🙂

  16. I love when MK ladies say things like “if you had a business/CEO mindset”…

    The owner of this site (me!) happens to have a business that she has been running for 23+ years. I have created such a successful forensic accounting business that I can’t keep up. I do far better than my business than the nsds in Mary Kay do.

    So please…. tell me what business/CEO mindset I’m missing?

    21
    • I mean, do you even have any recruits?
      It’s not a real business unless you share the dream!
      /sarcasm)

  17. “A company started by a woman for women to empower them and give them a way to put their Faith first, Family second and career third.”

    I will never ever understand how begging people to buy make up and skin care is empowering .. unless you’re an esthetician or a dermatologist and actually selling products that help your customers to feel good about taking care of their skin issues that are making the self conscious….

    My faith doesn’t need help from a “career” to put it first ……this whole phrase/concept seems a bit cultish..

    My family and friends are always first, they are my rock and they help me in my faith and health.

    I am not a career oriented person, I work a job, I enjoy my job, I need my job because I would go stir crazy being a housewife it just doesn’t suit me. And let’s face it no one but me is going to buy my childhood dream toys from eBay and Etsy….

    • Heck yeah for making childhood dreams come true. 👍 Husband and I have recently been dipping out toes in the world of cosplay, and lemme tell ya, playing dress-up is way more fun when you have grown-up money to spend on it. 😁

    • Great comparison. I’m a certified esthetician, I sold lots of makeup and skincare. Never had to beg. I also never had to convince my customers to also become estheticians and open a spa right beside mine and share my advertising dollars.

  18. Thank you, Azzari, for publicly calling Mary Kay consultants what they are: employees. Even you, Miss Pink Cadillac Director, are an employee. Were you in the room when they decided to change the Timewise set? No? Hm. Interesting. Doesn’t seem like Mary Kay sees you as a valuable executive. Seems like they see you as *gasp* a lowly employee.

    And for the record, I spend about five to ten minutes on this website when I visit. Read the article, leave a comment if I feel like it, and move on with my day. A day that includes being a mom to my awesome kids and helping my husband run our business, that we own, that makes us a nice living while actually making a difference in peoples lives.

    And if you’re going to pray for anyone, maybe pray for yourself and ask why you’re so pressed about defending a company that didn’t care to tell you they were reformulating some of the main products when they first started, months or maybe even years ago. So now you’re scrambling to unload your current inventory, probably at a discount, which eats into your “50% profit” and doesn’t cost the company a dime. Have fun with that.

    • We can go even lower than that! They aren’t even employees. Since when do employees have to pay their employer for the privilege to work? Not only do they not make executive decisions, they don’t even get the benefits of actual MK employees – a long list to Corporate’s credit.

      Consultants are customers of MKI with different VIP customer levels. You can earn kickbacks if you recruit other customers to buy directly from MK. But ultimately and in the details, the buying of product by “customers” is just a vehicle to perpetrate pyramid scheme fraud. The consultomers are product-based pyramid schemers participating in the MK scam, nothing more.

  19. Well hi there, Azzari! May I call you Azzari? (you are praying for me after all.) Please hear my heart, I am not really all that anonymous since I appeared with 3 other former directors on 20/20. And I have been on this site for years and years. I wrote some articles, you might want to read them. You can look for them under my name in search. I find it interesting that you came to this site immediately after the TW change was announced. And that you were so clueless to assume that your super secret directors site was super secret. Pink Truth always ALWAYS finds out, we are that good!

    So it’s been fun reading your out of context Biblical references and all of your “Christianity” BS. Pray for yourself, we don’t ask for that. And bless your heart.

    PS I am 72 years old, single, 2 adult children, still working as a therapist and I adopted a rescue dog last March, she will be 9 this September.

  20. Oh dear…. bless your heart!! You wrote us a letter and said you’d pray for us. Get in line, sister. Everyone who writes a letter that ends up on the Friday post says they’ll pray for us.

    My name is Heather (it’s right there), although a lot of people call me Hey Nurse! I’m almost 50, married, grown kiddo, and have two senior pittie princesses. I am not a Christian, yet I have a lot of Christian values and do not worship at the altar of Mary Kay Wagner Rogers Eckman Weaver Louis Miller Hallenbeck Ash. I have five degrees and am working on my doctorate in nursing. (Yeah, I’m overeducated just a smidge.). I have a really, REALLY good job that offers some amazing benefits, great pay, and a crapload of flexibility. And unlike you and you MLMers, nurses have been THE most trusted profession out there for the greater part of 22 years.

    Back to the praying for me… don’t. Just don’t. I do not want you to. There are no unspoken prayer requests coming from my end. Heck, I don’t even have any verbal requests for anyone right now. But do not pray for me. We do not worship the same gods, and we do not have the same values.

  21. In the spirit of transparency, my name is Sway and I’m from Canada. I’m a certified esthetician.

    10 years into my career I became disabled. This vulnerability was exploited by Mary Kay. I’m now a freelance writer which allows me to truly work around my disability and have income, unlike the false promise of Mary Kay.

    I’m Wiccan and with the exception of my short time in Mary Kay, I have a strong moral compass. I walk the talk of my spiritual beliefs in service to others and I live authentically.

    I’m happily married with two beautiful fur babies. I had the family and love in MK you spoke of until I left and it dropped off the face of the earth. I’m now surrounded by true friends and amazing people. These relationships are not money driven and have no hidden agenda, just pure love.

    Lastly, please don’t pray for me, Mary Kay preyed enough on me. Pray for those who truly need it. You could also empower women by volunteering in your own community at a women’s shelter or working a hotline for those who are struggling. Pray for your downline; not to make production but to heal from all the harm MK has brought them so they can find their way out and heal others.

  22. Has anyone else noticed the suspicious lack of Ridiculous Downvotes this week? It’s almost like they figured out that engagement–any engagement–ups our visibility. Keep fighting the good fight!

    17
  23. Don’t pray for me – I am more and more liking atheists and thus is exactly why. You Kay bots use god to manipulate.

    I know regular commenters here are religious and I respect that. Not one of you ever tried taking me into spending throusands of dollars on crappy MK products and used God to sell it to me.
