4. This has a lot of examples as to how there is no “maternity leave” like you’d have with a real J.O.B. But even worse than no maternity leave is how, if you’re a director, you STILL have to make production even with a newborn. And if you fail to make production as required, you WILL lose your unit. So not only NO maternity leave, MK can take your entire “business” from you because you needed to tend to your baby. That certainly isn’t “empowering women” now, is it?
