That didn’t take long.

Chelsea Adkins has declared that 2026 will be her Million Dollar Year! She has three new offspring directors (Shenika Bowles, Anna Duke, and Kierstin Houston) and has now reached her highest rank in Mary Kay. Chelsea is now a Future Executive Senior Sales Director! Chelsea does not do this for the diamonds, titles, or accolades. She does it because she gets to show women a way for them to have a better life. God has now equipped her to be READY to be a million dollar director.

Chelsea gave shout outs to her three princess court of sales achievers. Remember, they didn’t sell $20,000 retail and they didn’t collect $20,000 from customers. Instead, these consultants each ordered at least $10,000 in wholesale products from Mary Kay. $10,000+ on each of their credit cards, and likely very little of the products sold to actual customers.

She then praised each of her three directors. First, Anna for selling $40k in products. Again, she didn’t sell $40,000 retail. Anna ordered $20,000 wholesale from MK Inc., and put over $20k on her credit cards.

Anna begged her followers for help earning this “diamond” and had a 50 face day too! I wonder how many more sales Anna would have had if she had aimed for 100 or 200 faces that day?

Second time director Kiersten Houston had a shift in her business this year. Notice that she’s a “new director” according to Chelsea, but it ‘s not so new since Kierstin became a director a year ago and very quickly lost her unit for not meeting production requirements. But this year will be different and Kierstin and Chelsea will earn jewels and cars in 2026!

Behind the curtain, Kiersten also spent the end of the month begging for consultants and sales. If this journey was so easy, why does it always need to be finished the last day of the month??? And what are the odds that those last two recruits were family or friends who have no intention of ever participating, but are warm bodies toward the total number Kiersten needed for the unit body count?

Even though Shenika got a shout out in the princess post, she did not get her own dedicated post like Anna and Kiersten did. I would think if Chelsea was “equipped” to earn the million, she wouldn’t have forgotten Shenika.

Chelsea is so excited to finally “do one million” but she seems to be forgetting something important. She feels like she’s on fire because she has 3 new directors. But all 3 of those directors took their teams and their production with them. Chelsea is starting over from scratch. Much of that $500k that was done this past seminar year is gone with the new directors, and Chelsea will have to find new recruits to make up for that. It’s the constant running on the hamster wheel.

But Chelsea is using fresh, bold, exciting new methods to begin her 2026 Million Dollar Year. Can any of you help her fill out her bingo card?
