Jamie Taylor (national sales director) and her Verge Area recently traveled to Nashville for the 2026 Leadership Conference. This is the “directors only” party that is meant to:

a. Hype up directors to encourage them to continue the scam of recruiting and frontloading

b. Make consultants jealous that they’re not at this exclusive event, so they potentially will try harder to become directors themselves

The party in Nashville started with a candle party for Jamie’s top achievers. Megan Coleman and Rachel Ryan made candles that were inspired by the upcoming Top Director Trip to Switzerland/Montreux.

Megan has earned five top director trips, but sadly did not earn the trips in 2024 or 2025. The loss of the 2025 trip to Hungary was especially hard because Megan was going to take a detour to Switzerland to take a Sound of Music tour. It is her favorite movie. Mary Kay is so nice to offer a dedicated trip to Switzerland in 2026.

Rachel has never earned a top director trip, and barely squeaked by earning her last Cadillac. She spent the end of the month begging, and got an extension! She ended August 2024 with the number five unit in all of Diamond!

Kayla Watts and Carrie Cardwell (formerly Zuberer) are directors who both want to earn back the use of the Pink Cadillac. They were driving Cadillac in 2022 for Jamie’s first Pink Cadillac Directors Retreat aka Losers on  Beach (along with 9 other directors) but had lost them by the time Jamie had her second in 2024.(when she had just 4 Cadillac directors). As of the beginning of 2026, only 4 of her directors are in Cadillacs.

Carrie also spent the month of December desperately trying to earn an invite to the Guitar and Glam party. She did not earn an invite.

Mercedez Bates has never driven Cadillac, and probably never will. She was able to develop one offspring sales director, her mother Nikki. Nikki lost her directorship quickly, and since she’s no longer a director, she was not in attendance at Leadership.

Kaitlyn Stinespring would like to earn her first Mary Kay car. She’s on the path to a win, also begging for orders from her followers. She just needs $35,800 in wholesale orders from her credit card and downline.

As usual, Chelsea’s focus is finally having a million dollar year. She never has, and never will. But she’s focused. She has three directors, and they earned a $100 shopping spree from Jamie. I wonder why they were not at the candle party?

Chelsea also picked up her Electric Cadillac. She only needed to stop three times to recharge the vehicle. It only took a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes! Lots of downtime for IPA’s in the car!

Three DIQs (director in qualification) also attended the event. Kelly Green drove from NYC to Nashville because her flight was cancelled. She believes in new beginnings. I wonder what her next MLM will be? Aundrea Denise Smiley  is pursuing pink! In addition to Mary Kay, she’s also a homeschool advocate and believes in essential oils. She’s also a PhD! She recently did her own version of Adopt a Grandparent!

And finally, Jamie has her eyes on becoming an Inner Circle nsd. She just needs $300,000 in commissions from her downline by June 30th. Will she meet that?
